Comment: add nat-map info

As of 1.6 you must supply an ACL. In order to allow all IPs you can use in event_socket.conf.xml.

1.2 nat-map

nat-map will try to use uPNP or PMP to tell your router to allow inbound connections to the specified port if the router supports dynamic port mapping.

This was useful when the router sat behind a firewall on an RFC1918 address and you wanted to pass port 8021 from your public i.p. down to your FreeSWITCH. When nat-map is enabled it will ping the router with the NAT mapping protocol and, if it supports it, will configure itself for you on demand. This is not recommended in modern installations.
