mod_local_stream segfault trying to read a music file that is not open while playing a chime

      Description

      FS exists with SIGABORT.

      We released some new configs with local_stream used in conference with some chime-list files.  The chime files are links that we repoint at different files depending on what we want to say.  We started seeing crashes after this release.  The BT is below.  I suspect it happens when the stream tries to read the file at the exact time the link is being repointed to another file.
