      To test it:
      <action application="say" data="it CURRENT_DATE pronounced ${strepoch()}"/>

      A simple fix could be:

      -392 say_year = say_month = say_day = say_dow = 1;
      +392 say_year = say_month = say_day = say_dow = 0;
