      Description

https://freeswitch.org/jira/browse/FS-11285 put in a temporary hack to deal with https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=862325, which has now been fixed as of Chrome 69 (70 is current stable).

      We can:
      1. Rip out this hack, and assume everyone who cares can update to latest stable Chrome
      2. Use some feature detection (probably via adapter.js) to keep it in for the specific versions of Chrome that were an issue.

I vote for #1, and will submit a PR for that shortly.
