      Description

In https://freeswitch.org/jira/browse/FS-11409 support was added for the a=ice-lite attribute. RFC 5245 specifies some specific behaviors of "lite" implementations. Some that I've observed:

      * The "a=ice-lite" attribute is only a session level attribute, but FreeSWITCH currently adds it as a media level attribute
      * FreeSWITCH may generate connectivity checks, while a lite implementation does not send connectivity checks.
      * An ICE lite implementation is always the controlled entity
