      Description

mod_xml_cdr currently has the ability to store dialed DTMF digits during a call for diagnostic purposes. While this is tremendously helpful for debugging it can cause significant liabilities with regulations like HIPAA, PCI, etc.

It would be nice if the core could automatically recognize known bank card and national ID numbers:

      - Visa/MC/Amex
      - USA SSN

When one of these sequences is detected the core should replace the known matched digits with Xs if this feature is enabled.

This should be extendable to support different number formats for various national ID cards, etc.
