      Description

      [153286.881811] freeswitch[28610]: segfault at 18 ip 00007f028d95a280 sp 00007f0248883d48 error 4 in libfreeswitch.so.1.0.0[7f028d911000+1e1000]

We have been affected by this issue for several months on various servers and it's quite difficult to debug as it leaves no usable information behind in the logs prior to the segfault crash.

It does seem to intensify as volume builds up but it's not always the case, sometimes it reoccurs 10-15 minutes after a previous reboot.

One aspect which may help in finding the culprit is that we make extensive use of webRTC (using mod_sofia, not mod_verto and mod_rtc) -- mentioning this also because I see the function in question (switch_sockaddr_get_port) is referenced by ICE related functions.

      Thank you
