      Description

      In proxy media mode with video, there are a two (related?) issues:

      1. FS eats the first incoming video packet for each leg
      2. Just prior to the first video packet coming in, FS eats a single audio packet from the *other* leg (if audio is already coming in at this point).

      This leads to a few seconds of black screen because the H.264 SPS/PPS packets are missing.
