      Description

      As mentioned in FS-7225, the version number in the check does not match the error message.

       #if !OPAL_CHECK_VERSION(3,12,8)
        #error OPAL is too old to use, must be >= 2.12.8
       #endif

      I've attached a patch to make the error message match the version check.
