      Description

      When trying to specify a dynamic tag (function) in newCall method of a verto handle, it just fails.

      To reproduce try:
      superCall = superVertoHandle.newCall({
         [...],
         tag: mycustomfunction
      });

      I'll add a pull-req soon

        You can create the tag before calling newCall, I've been doing this a lot that's why I didn't need to put the function check inside newCall.

        The PR doesn't hurt since it doesn't change behavior. I've approved it, waiting for Tony's feedback
