      Description

      CHANNEL_HOLD/UNHOLD are not in the list of channel events that bypass verbosity setting in switch_channel_event_set_extended_data.

      usually external connected apps/components set custom channel vars to interact with freeswitch. without this list being extended, the only way is to set <param name="verbose-channel-events" value ="true"/> in switch.conf.xml which is not desired due to performance issues
