      Description

      Hello all,

tone2wav keeps segfaulting in the end.

      # tone2wav itu.wav itu.tone
      File: itu.wav generated...

      Please support:
      FreeSWITCH http://www.freeswitch.org
      ClueCon http://www.cluecon.com
      Segmentation fault
      #

I've looked at fs_encode.c and saw that it does the cleanup differenty. It uses switch_safe_free on all SWITCH_GLOBAL_dirs.* it uses in the first places. Plus it doesn't call switch_core_destroy().

So I tried that on tone2wav.c and the segfaults went away. GDB backtrace and patch attached.

      Kind regards,
      Sebastian
