      Description

when using PFLAG_BLIND_AUTH the user is fetched with switch_ivr_set_user_extended which calls switch_xml_locate_user_merged and if succeeded calls switch_ivr_set_user_xml.

because caller_profile is created later in the code, the settings obtained from switch_xml_locate_user_merged in profile-variables are not set in caller_profile.
