      Description

      Hi I found quite strange issue, seems like freeswitch ignores gateway transport and uses UDP always when performs outbound subscriptions.
      I`m using following gateway definition:
      ===
      <gateway name="test-reg">
      <param name="username" value="test-reg"/>
      <param name="from-domain" value="pbx-out.external.com"/>
      <param name="password" value="FreeswitchRocks"/>
      <param name="extension" value="test-reg"/>
      <param name="proxy" value="pbx-out.external.com"/>
      <param name="expire-seconds" value="3600"/>
      <param name="register" value="true"/>
      <param name="register-transport" value="tls"/>
      <param name="extension-in-contact" value="true"/>
      <param name="rfc-5626" value="true"/>
      <param name="reg-id" value="1"/>
      <subscriptions name="test">
      <subscription event="dialog">
      <param name="retry-seconds" value="40"/>
      <param name="expire-seconds" value="60"/>
      <param name="content-type" value="application/dialog-info+xml"/>
      <param name="username-in-request" value="true"/>
      </subscription>

      <subscription event="message-summary">
      <param name="retry-seconds" value="40"/>
      <param name="expire-seconds" value="60"/>
      <param name="content-type" value="application/simple-message-summary"/>
      <param name="username-in-request" value="true"/>
      </subscription>

      <subscription event="presence">
      <param name="retry-seconds" value="40"/>
      <param name="expire-seconds" value="60"/>
      <param name="content-type" value="application/pidf+xml"/>
      <param name="username-in-request" value="true"/>
      </subscription>

      </subscriptions>
      ===

      I can see in sngrep that freeswitch uses UDP transport for outbound packets.

      Thank you.
